The difference has a certain impact on the service life of the bearing, but it is not the main reason for the early damage of the bearing; if the quality of the fan is not found, the most direct and main cause of the failure comes from the installation adjustment and maintenance.

Analysis and prevention of common fault causes

The initial tension of the tape and the tape wheel triangle is too large, it is easy to stretch, and it is not adjusted in time after relaxation. The tension is insufficient, and there is a phenomenon of “lost turning” when the load is large. Due to the high speed, the tape is prone to wear, aging, and even burnout after slipping. V-type tape is not used properly. Due to the high speed and high transmission power of the Fule fan, the narrow-type tape is also used as the SPB type. The wheel groove is also made of a narrow V-belt. If the ordinary V-belt is misused, the friction area is reduced and the transmission power is insufficient. The tape wheel is used for a long time, and after the groove is worn, a step is formed on the lower two sides of the V-shaped groove. When the new tape is worn, a “top and bottom” phenomenon is formed on both sides of the wheel groove, and the friction is insufficient. In order to increase the friction, the tape is often over-tightened, on the one hand, it is easy to be eccentric, and the tape is prone to cracks after repeated iterations. In this case, in addition to the prefabricated wheel reel, it can also be recovered by standard size turning during maintenance. Although the transmission speed is slightly changed, it does not affect the use.

When replacing a new bearing, because the original clearance is small, especially for imported bearings, the inner sleeve cannot be adjusted too tightly at one time to avoid bearing heat. However, after running for a period of time, sometimes the inner sleeve is loosened by fretting wear Il>. When there is a bearing temperature rise and vibration caused by improper lubrication, the possibility of loosening of the taper sleeve should be considered, and the adjustment should be checked in time. The coaxiality of the two bearing housing holes is relatively large or the contact base surface is poorly contacted. The foundation stiffness is insufficient or not strong. When the bolt is tightened, it will be elastically deformed. When running, it will also generate heat and vibration. Although the bearing has a certain automatic self-aligning effect, It will not affect the normal operation of the fan, but when the inner and outer rings of the bearing are deflected too much, it will affect the service life of the bearing of the cage. When the assembly and maintenance can not find a problem and the fault still exists, it should be considered from the installation point of view. Causes. If the process operation is improperly regulated or not timely, the resistance of the trampoline layer is large, causing the underarm pressure to increase and the duration is long. The fan air supply system has a dull roar, and the load is large, causing the fan to vibrate and affecting the normal operation of the bearing. The fan and impeller disc hole shafts are loose due to fretting wear, and the fan inlet and outlet pipes are poorly installed, and the deformation of the compression fan causes resonance.

Causes and characteristics of early bearing damage Due to the rotating bearing during operation, even in the case of good installation, lubrication and maintenance, due to the long-term exposure to alternating contact stress, the rolling elements and raceways will soon pitting and fail to install poorly. If the stress is too large, pitting will occur earlier, so the normal failure mode of the bearing is pitting damage. However, in the bearings damaged by Fule's fans for several years, there are very few failures due to normal pitting. The main forms of damage are mostly cage fractures, followed by burns, and a few are early wear.
