Zhongce Group has successfully developed the N6210 1200PS diesel engine, this time developing the N6210 1500 PS diesel engine. In order to achieve the high quality of the new product, the technology development department improved the structure of the piston, selected the material , and adopted the steel top piston for the first time. At the same time, the new specifications of the supercharger are matched to meet the needs of the user. As the steel top piston is adjusted, the link structure is also adjusted. The N6210 1500 PS diesel engine test was carried out in the new 210 test workshop. The 210 test workshop is fully equipped, and the newly installed test bench adds new high-precision two-way hydraulic dynamometers, filters, fuel consumption meters, and air compressors. In the test, the technicians and the testers cooperated with each other to complete the test task.
During the test of new products, the testers worked meticulously, and adjusted and recorded each data of the diesel engine. The engineers of the Technical Development Department and the Quality Inspection Department worked closely with them, and together with the testers, adjusted each data of the diesel engine. The N6210 diesel engine was tested on seven major contents: fuel consumption, exhaust cooling system, exhaust system, and booster system.
