On May 5th, 2011, the 9th China Automotive Innovation Forum and the Road to Ascendas China's auto industry ten years development and achievement celebration was held in Shanghai Anting and made great contributions to China's auto industry in the past decade (2001-2010). Valin is a second-generation high-end heavy-duty truck product that has been built by Valin for three years in cooperation with international top R&D institutions, and is mainly targeted at high-end markets in Europe, America and China. The design is in cooperation with the Italian Broadcom Design Institute. The interior assembly development is jointly developed with Rieter Automotive Systems in Italy. It is selected and manufactured according to European and American standards.
Valin Star Kema's cab uses a full steel cage skeleton structure, which greatly enhances the ability to engage in impact; the use of steering wheel airbags and electric heating mirrors ensures that traffic safety is further guaranteed. The cab is streamlined and minimizes wind resistance. Star Kaymar uses a large number of imported airbags with various functions, such as the vibration-reducing airbag in the cab seat and the 4-point suspension airbag in the cab. The chassis is also replaced with a common leaf spring suspension for airbag suspension, which increases the safety factor for the transport of dangerous goods, fragile goods and precision instruments. The CAN bus system of the car provides convenience for automatic detection and maintenance; at the same time, the engine can reach the best working condition and be more fuel-efficient than manual control.
Xing Kaima is a once-in-a-generation technology upgrade on the first generation of Hualing Heavy Trucks. It is a bold innovation aimed at European and American standards and is a qualitative leap in the technical performance of China's heavy trucks. The new design concept, targeting European and American standards, and the application of proprietary intellectual property technology, has made Star Kema truly a part of the international high-end car industry.
