The two-component polyurethane foam machine is designed for mixing polyether and isocyanate components. It uses high-precision, high-pressure piston pumps to convey the materials. Flow detection and PLC feedback control ensure accurate flow regulation, enabling precise measurement of material volume. The components are directed into a control loop via high-low conversion valves or mixed in the mixing head. The equipment includes a jacketed working tank (optional volume), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, and magnetic coupling. Depending on configuration, it may use volumetric or mass flow meters. Key advantages include online adjustable foaming ratios, real-time flow display, adjustable pressure, temperature control, excellent mixing performance, and consistent foam quality.
