Two-component polyurethane foam machines are primarily used for combining polyether and isocyanate components. The system uses high-precision, high-pressure piston pumps to convey the components, with flow detection and feedback through a PLC to achieve closed-loop control of pump speed. This ensures accurate flow control and precise measurement of material flow. The measured components are then directed into the mixing head via high and low conversion valves or mixed directly. The equipment includes an insulated working tank (optional volume), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, and magnetic coupling. Depending on the configuration, it may also feature volumetric or mass flow meters. Key advantages include adjustable foaming ratios, real-time flow display, adjustable working pressure, real-time temperature monitoring, excellent mixing performance, and stable foam quality.
