2 routine maintenance

The wind pump driver must be professionally trained and has a certain level of professional skill. To be careful, eye-tip, hand-to-hand, the lubricating oil pressure should be paid attention to when starting the air pump. If there is no oil for 10 seconds, stop immediately to check and eliminate the fault. Operate in a state where the oil pressure is lower than 0.2Mpa, and the lubricating oil is replaced every 2~3 months. Every half a year, the ring and bearing parts of the air pump are inspected, and the worn or damaged parts are replaced in time. The air pump is disassembled and overhauled; the gas in the gas tank must be cleaned when the site is repaired.

3 common troubleshooting

3.1 There is noise in the valve chamber, cylinder and crankcase

Check whether the intake and exhaust valves, valve discs, and bonnets are too large or too small, whether the connecting bolts are loose, whether the connecting rod small head bushings are too large, whether the foreign objects are dropped into the cylinders during maintenance, and whether the connecting rods are out of tolerance. Whether the bearing on the crankshaft is damaged.

3.2 Exhaust gas temperature is too high

Check the exhaust valve for air leakage, valve plate, spring damage, whether the intake and exhaust valves are carbon deposited, whether the first and second adjustments are malfunctioning; replace worn and damaged parts after all inspections.

3.3 Lubricating oil temperature is too high

Check if the lubricating oil in the crankcase is too small, the clearance of the connecting rod is too small, burnt, the rolling bearing bites the rolling, and the piston ring bites hard grinding with the cylinder. After all inspections, replace the connecting rods, bearings and other parts and add lubricating oil.

3.4 Pressure distribution is abnormal

Check whether the secondary suction is leaking or the valve piece, the spring is damaged, the secondary suction valve is open, blocked; whether the relief valve is open, the pressure gauge is damaged, the gas pipeline, the instrument pipeline is blocked.

3.5 insufficient exhaust or pressure does not go

Check whether the intake and exhaust valves are damaged, whether the piston ring, the oil scraping ring is out of tolerance, whether the inlet and exhaust pipes of the intercooler are damaged, whether the connecting rod size head, the piston pin, the crank pin is out of tolerance, and whether the pressure gauge is malfunctioning. Replace the parts after the crank check.

3.6 increased power consumption

Check the piston, whether the piston ring and the cylinder are biting, whether the connecting rod is large, the bushing and the rolling bearing are damaged, and whether the intake and exhaust pipes are unblocked; replace the corresponding parts after all inspections.

3.7 bearing heat

Check if the lubricating oil surface is too low, the oil pump pressure is lower than 0.15Mpa, and the oil pump pressure is blocked; add lubricating oil after inspection.

3.8 crankshaft fan end, lubricating oil pump

Check if the oil seal is damaged, whether the oil seal of the oil pump is malfunctioning, whether the oil pump is installed firmly, whether the oil pump is deformed, whether the oil pump and the oil pump seat gasket are damaged; after the inspection, replace the oil seal, reinforce the bolt and replace the oil pump.
