Good morning everyone,
I just wanted to share an update about a recent incident that occurred yesterday, Tuesday, June 7th, 2016, in Cicero. There was a report of a stove fire at 3322 South 60th Court. The fire was reported around 6:45 PM. Engine 3 arrived on the scene and noted it as a small fire. All units initially responded under a full fireground operation, but they quickly transitioned to a Red status except for Engine 1. Engine 1 was reassigned to the Morton Park firehouse after Berwyn 903 was cleared. The units that were present on the scene included Engine 2, Engine 3, Truck 1, Truck 2, F-12, and F-14.
Attached are some photos taken by County-Wide Fire Photography. The first image shows a firefighter closing a hydrant after the incident. The next three images capture the Cicero fire engine arriving on the scene, along with their fire trucks. These photos really give you a sense of how quickly these firefighters respond and the equipment they bring to handle any situation.
It’s always reassuring to see how prepared our local fire departments are. If you have any questions or need further details, feel free to reach out. Stay safe!
Best regards,
[Your Name]
P.S. If anyone has more photos or additional information, I’d love to hear from you!
