**High Accuracy Ultrasonic Level Sensor**
This high precision ultrasonic level sensor is designed for reliable and accurate measurement of liquid levels in a wide range of industrial applications. It features a dual-line LCD display and an intuitive keyboard for easy operation. The device integrates a detection module with 4–20 mA or RS485 connectivity, making it ideal for system integration. All input and output cables are protected against overvoltage and overcurrent, ensuring long-term reliability.
The sensor includes an integrated temperature sensor and can automatically detect and suppress electrical interference. It offers four optional response speeds, allowing for accurate average level readings even in cases of rapid liquid fluctuations. Since the sensor does not come into direct contact with the medium, it ensures longer service life and reduced maintenance.
**Installation Guidelines**
1. Ensure the distance between the probe and the lowest level is within the measuring range of the chosen level meter.
2. Keep the distance between the probe and the highest level greater than the dead zone of the sensor.
3. Maintain a parallel alignment between the probe surface and the liquid surface for optimal performance.
**Applications**
This sensor is suitable for continuous level monitoring of non-contact liquids, pastes, and materials with small particles. It supports system integration through 4–20 mA analog signals or RS485 communication using ModBUS protocol.
