When the sprinkling truck starts using idling to warm up, the oil pump can not quickly supply the lubricating oil to the lubrication surfaces of the various transmission mechanisms due to the low engine speed, and the relative oil pressure is also low, so that the engine transmission mechanism is in dry friction at work. Or work under semi-dry friction; due to poor atomization of fuel at low temperature, unburned fuel (air-fuel mixture) enters the crankcase and flushes the oil film on the cylinder wall, which also accelerates the wear of the machine parts. Therefore, several seconds after the start of the sprinkler engine application, the engine should be warmed up quickly by appropriately increasing the throttle to improve the lubrication conditions of the engine, so as to extend the service life of the sprinkler engine transmission mechanism.
Second, sprinkler engine plus oil more than not less?
After the sprinkler truck has been used for a certain distance, it needs to change the engine oil. When adding oil, many sprinkler driver friends think that adding more oil may have no harm to the engine. It is not. The addition of the engine oil to the sprinkler increases the rotational resistance of the crankshaft linkage, and also increases the oil splashed on the cylinder wall, resulting in insufficient combustion of the fuel, increasing the carbon content of the combustion chamber, lowering the engine power, and increasing wear. emission. According to the instructions of the sprinkler, the oil should be added to the specified scribe line, and the maximum number of lines must not exceed the upper scribed line, and the minimum must not be lower than the lower scribed line.

Third, the sprinkler blindly remove the engine thermostat?
When the temperature of the sprinkler engine is at a high level and the thermostat is blindly dismantled, the coolant of the engine can only be circulated in a large loop, and the intensity of the regulated cooling is lost. In this case, the engine cannot be guaranteed at a suitable temperature. Work, on the other hand, often causes the sprinkler engine to work at abnormally low temperatures, which results in a drop in engine power, accelerated wear of the transmission mechanism, and increased fuel consumption. If the engine temperature is still high after troubleshooting or replacing the engine thermostat, other parts of the cooling system should be inspected instead of removing the thermostat to remove the fault.

Fourth, sprinkler car outside the source of heat to bake oil in winter?
If the sprinkler is used in winter, the engine will not start normally due to the low temperature. However, using an outside heat source to bake the oil, it will cause a qualitative change in the additives in the oil and lose the original work performance, resulting in oil cementation. Deformation of the oil base can also cause fire. Of course, the best method is to select the appropriate engine oil according to the different temperatures in the local winter. If conditions permit, it is best to park the sprinkler in a heated garage.

Fifth, sprinkler tires with high gas pressure?
Some drivers have high pressure on the sprinkler's tire pressure. They think they can run faster and save oil. In fact, this is incorrect. When the sprinkling truck tire pressure is too high, the ground contact surface of the tire is reduced, and the tire is severely worn locally, especially when the road surface temperature is high. In addition, when the sprinkling truck tire air pressure is too high, it will cause the tire and the ground coefficient to decrease. When it encounters an emergency, it will reduce the braking effect of the brake, which will cause the vehicle to measure slippage, especially the rain and snow road weather, traffic safety occurs. ACCIDENT. If the sprinkler tires have insufficient air pressure, tire wear and fuel consumption will increase.
