The selected entrepreneurs are also the only economic figures selected in Guangxi.
The competition was selected by the organizers and contractors for consultation with related departments and recommendations from all parties. The experts’ suggestions were put forward. The first round of selection was completed in mid-September and the selection was completed by an expert review team completed in October by a secret ballot from 120 candidates.
