The YCB series gear pump can function as a transfer pump, booster pump, or fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel supply systems. It can also be used as a hydraulic pump to provide power in hydraulic systems and as a lubrication pump in various industrial fields.

Structural Features
The YCB series gear pumps are composed of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and axle-end seals. The double circular tooth design reduces wear on the gear surface, ensures stable operation, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This design eliminates traditional structures and represents a new era in pump design and application.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve to protect against overpressure. The full return flow pressure is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. Adjustments can be made within the allowable range of discharge pressure according to operating conditions. However, the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. A separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed if necessary.
There are two types of axle-end seals available—mechanical seal and packing seal—both can be selected based on customer requirements or application conditions.
