The Lincolnshire-Riverwoods Fire Protection District held a special ceremony on Saturday, July 18, 2015, during their board meeting to honor and promote two new battalion chiefs and two new lieutenants. The event was a proud moment for the department as it recognized the hard work and dedication of its members.
Jason McKenna was promoted to Battalion Chief, while Steve McCaughey also received the same rank. In addition, Eric Levernier and Paul Schebel were both elevated to the position of Lieutenant. The promotions were celebrated with a formal recognition ceremony, highlighting the leadership and commitment these individuals have shown over the years.
