·Product Description
The headspace injection technique is a convenient sample preparation method for gas chromatography, especially suitable for analyzing volatile components. This method involves placing the sample in a sealed container and heating it to separate volatile substances from the sample. Once equilibrium is reached between the gas and liquid (or gas and solid) phases, the top gas phase is extracted for analysis.
This approach eliminates the need for complex sample preparation and avoids interference from organic solvents. It also reduces contamination at the gas chromatography injection port. The DK-300A is compatible with various gas chromatographs both domestically and internationally.
