Comments: How to make new energy vehicles

U.S. electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has announced that in 2013 it sold more than 22,000 vehicles worldwide, which was significantly higher than expected. This caused Tesla's stock price to soar 16% on the same day. For those who are optimistic about the future of new energy vehicles, this is naturally good news. However, just as Lamborghini, Maserati, and other supercars do not reflect the reality of the automotive market, Tesla as an electric vehicle that is positioned too high-end, can not represent the new energy car market trends. If you want to see the prospects more accurately, it's best to be in a big market and talk about the general public's products. For example, in China, look at the current situation of new energy vehicles.

The data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers shows that in 2013, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China were 175.33 million and 17.642 million, respectively, an increase of about 40% year-on-year. This growth rate is much higher than the average growth rate of the entire automotive market (production and sales increased by 14.76% and 13.87% respectively). Only seeing the “growth” figure is a joy, but one can think of only a little bit of the base number. It is not as good as Tesla’s car to sell much. It is somewhat sad. According to the objectives set forth in the “Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2012-2020)”, by 2015, the cumulative production and sales volume of pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles will reach 500,000, which will be seen at the current “growth” rate. This is an almost impossible task. In fact, as early as 2009, the Chinese government proposed to achieve the goal of 500,000 new energy vehicles by 2011. However, if we can not achieve this, we will postpone it until 2015. Now it seems that the delay is enough and the goal is likely to fall again.

Is the goal too high? Since it is always not reached, it seems to be high by the general understanding. However, horizontal comparison with foreign countries, and then look at their own environmental pressures, but found that such goals are not high, or even lower. Obviously, the problem is not that the target is set high, but the effort to achieve the goal is still far from enough.

The first is that the government’s efforts are not enough. It must be acknowledged that in terms of new energy vehicles, the government has been very active in policy orientation. However, the protection policies established by local governments for new energy vehicle access and subsidies have, to a certain extent, affected the pace of new energy vehicles going to the market. The "Notice on Continuing the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles" issued in September 2013 stipulates that the local procurement rate of foreign brands should not be less than 30%. However, due to the delay in the introduction of the new policy on local subsidies, the prices of foreign brands will open to the outside world. The process is still unusually slow. The biggest problem with our country's policy, as some commentators have said, is that it rarely considers issues from the perspective of consumers and markets, and it is always controlled by interest groups such as auto companies. Think about it. Now that several electric vehicles have not yet been developed, the number of charging piles is still not visible. In some places, the electric car numbering system has come out first. Is this policy very curious?

When it comes to new energy vehicles, there are always many people who say that it is "policy hot and the market is cold," but the actual situation is that the policy is not so hot at all, or that the policy is not hot in the heat, but the market is cold. It is real and it is quite cold. The root cause of the cold is the lack of marketability of new energy technologies, especially battery technology is difficult to achieve a revolutionary breakthrough, high cost, worrying security, which have affected the further promotion of electric vehicles. Although Tesla is selling well, it also has innovations in battery applications, but it is far from a breakthrough. After all, its cost is still too high, and its security has not been fundamentally resolved. Some analysts pointed out that the current market's battery "energy density is too low," leading to increased vehicle weight and cost, unless the technical improvement can improve the battery efficiency by 2 to 4 times, 300 watt hours / kg, the cost It's down to about one or two hundred dollars. Otherwise, it wouldn't be possible for the electric car to be widely promoted.

Whether or not the bottleneck of technology and cost can achieve breakthroughs depends to some extent on whether or not the policy will contribute. We must know that companies are always profit-oriented. If they do not see the prospects of new energy vehicles, they will not have much research and development momentum. In this case, we must play the role of the government. We must use policies to paint a promising prospect. On the other hand, we must increase financial input and use money to spread the road to a bright future.

This kind of Stator Winding Inserting Machine can meet the requirement of different stator dimension. It makes the whole winding inserting process far more iconvinient than by manual. This machine can also be connected to Stator Production Line to meet the mass production requirement.

We have two types of coil inserting machine/coil inserter, the automatic type and the semi-auto type. The automatic Coil Inserting Machine can inserting stator coil and wedge at same time, which improves the labor productivity. This automatic winding inserting machine can be connected with a mechanical conveyor to acheive the mass production. The semi-auto type one can only used to inserting the coils.  But the price is far more favorable. It can greatly reduce the larbor forces.

Firstly, operator needs to load the stator to the required tooling position. Then press the start button. Machine will do the inserting process.
