According to the Ministry of Commerce, Brazil plans to extend the anti-dumping investigation period for China's agricultural machinery tires and hold a hearing on the case.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil sent a letter to the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan to discuss the relevant matters.
The Pakistani side decided to extend the anti-dumping investigation of agricultural machinery tires originating from China for up to 8 months from October 14, 2016.
In addition, the Pakistani investigation agency plans to hold a hearing on anti-dumping cases against Chinese agricultural machinery tire products on June 22.
The hearing will only allow qualified companies to attend. The attending enterprises must submit the speeches before June 10th, submit them to the Pakistani review through the SDD system, and report the list of participants to the Pakistani side in writing before June 17.
Not long ago, Brazil issued a preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping of agricultural machinery tires in China, and initially determined that there was dumping behavior in Chinese enterprises, causing damage to Pakistan's domestic industry.
