(3) Nearly 40% of the products work unsatisfactory.

(4) The main performance does not meet the standard requirements. The consumption of tons of powder is 17% of the products. This indicator is unqualified.

1.2 Market confusion

(1) Vicious competition restricts the development of enterprises;

(2) Inferior and counterfeit products flood the market, seriously disrupting the normal production order of the industry.

1.3 Administrative management issues

(1) The business license is not strict, and the informal enterprises are covered with legal coats;

(2) Local quality supervision is unfavorable.

1.4 Internal management issues

(1) The quality management system is not sound;

(2) The quality awareness is not strong;

(3) The information is occluded. It is found that five companies still use the industry standards that have expired and are not known in time. They do not understand the national mandatory standards and new product standards for the safety of flour processing machinery.

2. Measures and recommendations

2.1 Increase the intensity of remediation

It is recommended that the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, together with the relevant departments, carry out special rectification of enterprises that produce flour processing machinery in key areas, and ban the enterprises that are mainly assembled and unlicensed, and the underground black factories that operate unlicensed, and strictly investigate and deal with illegal activities of manufacturing and selling counterfeit products. To purify the market.

2.2 Implementation of production license management

Flour is the main food material of the Chinese people. It is closely related to the lives of the masses. The quality of the flour directly affects the personal safety and health of the operators and flour consumers. The scope of the flour is large and the impact is wide. Therefore, it is recommended that the state implement production license management for flour processing machinery production enterprises, force those enterprises without production capacity to improve the quality management system, improve production equipment, improve inspection methods, and force those enterprises that are unable to improve production conditions to stop producing flour processing machinery. Purify the industry and promote the overall quality level.

2.3 Formulating the nutritional standard of wheat flour

At present, the majority of the masses in China believe that the whiter, finer and higher the quality of wheat flour, the better the flour processing machinery manufacturers, in order to cater to the consumer misunderstanding, do everything possible to change the processing parameters of the flour machine to improve their products. The whiteness, fineness and precision of the processed flour cause the wheat to be over-processed in the milling engineering, causing a loss of large amounts of nutrients and vitamins in the wheat. 2.4 Develop famous brands and guide users to purchase quality products

After decades of development in China's flour processing machinery industry, some key enterprises have stable product quality and high quality, but they are often plagued by counterfeit products. In order to support the advantages and disadvantages, expand the visibility of products, correctly guide users to purchase quality products, protect the interests of formal enterprises, and promote product quality improvement, it is recommended to promote brand-name products in the flour processing machinery industry.

2.5 Enterprises should further correct their business ideas and improve their quality management system.

Enterprises should firmly establish the guidelines of "customer first, quality first". Improve inspection methods, strengthen product inspection, - master the quality of its own products, optimize product structure, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve product quality.
