The product quality assessment system (AVES) implemented by Zhengzhou Nissan refers to the vehicle evaluation system jointly developed by Nissan and Renault. It is a system that evaluates vehicles from trial to production in terms of customers. AVES divides vehicles into first-level planes, second-level planes, third-level planes, and fourth-level planes. The judgement levels are divided into four levels: V1+, V1, V2, and V3. For the evaluation of more than 1600 items, it is not required that each vehicle should do so many checks, but must conduct random inspections according to a certain percentage, and improve the management of the problems identified to ensure quality.
