After eliminating all kinds of possibilities, we determined that the tooth removal was caused by excessive shock and vibration caused by abnormal factors in the transmission process. As for the pit-shaped indentation on the tooth surface, it is due to the indentation of the debris after the tooth removal, and the main reason is still the tooth removal.
