According to Japan's "Kyodo News" report, Sharp announced on June 30, has developed a new high-transparency LCD screen. It is reported that this display supports color video, can be used to make electronic display panels. Sharp's application verification of this new display will be carried out from 2016 onwards, in order to put it into practical use in 2017. The new LCDs eliminate energy consumption by eliminating color filters that represent colors and help save energy.
