It is believed that the project meets the national energy saving requirements and can be submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance for inclusion in the financial incentives for energy-saving technological transformation projects. Subsequently, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the project to be listed in the National Energy Conservation Technology Reform Financial Incentive Implementation Plan. On October 10th, the Jiangxi Provincial Economic and Trade Commission added the project to the province's key areas of energy conservation and comprehensive utilization of resources to manage key areas.
