Impeller cutting makes centrifugal pumps more suitable

Taking B-202 centrifugal pump as an example, the original pump shaft power is 110 kW, which provides flow and lift larger than the actual process value. After cutting and transformation, the impeller diameter is cut from the original 324 mm to 290 mm, 140 meters down to 112.16 meters, cutting power of 79.9 kWh, the power down 30.1 kWh, the flow of 183.3 ~ 222.4 cubic meters / h, to meet the needs of the scene process.


At present, the plant a total of 15 similar centrifugal pumps to implement technological transformation, after the implementation of centrifugal pumps work well, after the calculation of energy-saving up to 10,836 kWh.
