The right handle spring of the electric vehicle mainly detects tensile force, elastic force, deformation, stiffness and other properties. The ZCTL-Z/W spring tension and compression tester is selected to perform the test. How to perform the pull test?
1. Put the right handle spring on the ZCTL spring tension and compression tester and brace it well;
2. Open the control program of the spring tension and compression tester. Take the fully automatic model as an example, open the test interface;
3, set the parameters of the right handle spring, select the type of spring tension spring;
4, test parameter settings, test methods to select a fixed height force;
5, measuring EQUIPMENT settings, select the number of points to be measured, arranged in descending order;
6, return to the test interface, click the test to start;
7. After the end, the test results are displayed.
8. Take off the sample and close the power supply of the right handle spring tension tester.
