The project was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2011 and received financial support of 9.93 million yuan. After the project is completed and put into production, it can process about 500,000 tons of phosphogypsum per year, which not only digests the phosphogypsum waste discharged annually from the company's production facilities, but also reduces the existing industrial solid slag inventory.

The company also invested more than 400,000 yuan to replace two ammonium sulfate slurry heaters in the old system, energy-saving emission reduction effect is very obvious. Under the same production conditions, the pressure of heating steam can be reduced by 0.1 MPa. According to preliminary estimates, only 1,200 tons of steam will be saved in this year alone.
