Swiss GF Group has announced a new type of diaphragm valve. The new diaphragm valve was designed with a new, non-metallic bolted diaphragm valve, and the flow rate was double that of the conventional diaphragm valve.
GF applies the thread to the new diaphragm valve. The operation is simple and the pressure is distributed evenly without repeated tightening. The new diaphragm valve retains only a nut-style cover, eliminating the traditional four-bolt design and enabling a corrosion-free connection. When the temperature changes, leaks can be avoided due to the homogenous nature of the plastic-plastic connection points. In addition, the new valve has a more linear flow curve by optimizing the valve body structure.
