shredder
       Whole electronic scrap will be input into the dedicated double shaft shredder.  The machine will shred the scrap into strips/pieces of various sizes in the range of 2 cm up to 30 cm which are output on a conveyor and sent to the magnetic separation machine.

Magnet machine
It is utilized to conduct material separation treatment of iron content ferrous metal.
Ferrous materials will be attracted to the magnet and output into a collection box.

eddy current separator
The eddy current separator is used to extract the last remaining non-ferrous metals from the plastic stream, completing the recycling process. This field diverts the non-ferrous metals to be collected, leaving behind only pure plastic.

Dust removal system
harmless treatment is conducted by adopting centralized dust removal method and active carbon filter to filtrate the air, to make the workshop clean and tidy.
