The content of the review investigation is that if the termination of anti-dumping measures against trichloroethylene originating in Russia and Japan could lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage.
According to the announcement, the survey should normally be completed by July 22, 2011.
According to reports, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement in 2005 that starting from July 22 of that year, anti-dumping duties will be levied on trichloroethylene imported from Russia and Japan, which is imported into China, in addition to anti-dumping against Russia's Usuliyah Chemical Co., Ltd. The tax rate is 3%. The anti-dumping rate for other Russian companies and all Japanese companies is 159%. The period of implementation is five years from July 22, 2005.
