The company has more than 120 sections of coal wagons entering the station every day. After the coal arrives, it is dumped and cleaned by a tipper and a screw machine. The existing screw machine can only unload 8 cars at one time, and 70% of the coal cars have to be dumped by the tipper. Once the tipper has malfunctioned or overhauled, it will cause wagon backlog. The new screw machine that was put into operation can unload and remove 20 wagons at a time. The capacity for unloading coal is 600 tons/hour. 80 unloading ports are provided. The unloaded coal can be sent to the coal yard for storage or delivered directly according to production needs. Bucket groove ratio.
