The inspection measures, construction safety measures, etc. shall be reviewed, and the construction organization design meeting shall be reviewed and reported to the supervision company for approval.
(6) Supervise and inspect the construction of the construction sub-contractor's Dalin facilities, the preparation of the turnover materials, the availability of construction machinery, the quantity of engineering materials received in advance and the quality inspection.

2. Construction process management (1) Project schedule control, including implementation of monthly plan management and regulation, use of three-week rolling plan to ensure the orderly advancement of the project, timely application to the owner for project progress payments, and timely payment of project progress to the construction sub-contractor paragraph.

(2) Engineering quality control, including various inspections and acceptances of the construction sub-contractors by the general contractor, including inspection and testing of raw materials and intermediate products.
The general contracting project department should also give full play to the management expertise of the enterprise, and assist the project quality management in the aspects of construction product identification and traceability management, control of construction non-conforming products, engineering quality accident handling, and correction and prevention of construction non-conformities.
(3) Construction safety management. Establish a construction safety management system for general contracting projects and implement project risk management.
The general contractor shall formulate a project safety production education and publicity plan and organize implementation.
The safety engineer of the general contracting project department is responsible for organizing the construction subcontractor safety management personnel to carry out routine construction safety inspections and special safety inspections.
