The set of wind turbine blades that have been offline this time is a well-known blade design company outside the United Nations, which uses its accumulated 37.5-meter blade design experience for many years to design optimization and improvements. This product is specially designed for China's low wind speed wind conditions, adopts the international mainstream vacuum-assisted infusion molding process and more advanced aerodynamic shape design, based on localization, high-performance, reinforced material development and design, with independent intellectual property rights. This product has the advantages of low unit load, large swept area and high power generation efficiency compared to other 1?5 MW grade products.
Through technology research on blade load calculation, advanced airfoil design, and blade industrialization manufacturing technology, the company has broken through common key technologies such as mold manufacturing, large-scale blade industrial manufacturing, and new composite material design and manufacturing, and possesses independent research and development capabilities for large blades.
