From the tonnage point of view, Guangxi province has the largest sales volume of excavators in the range of 6<a≤13 tonnage, reaching more than 1,460 units, accounting for 25.6% of total sales; followed by 5≤a≤6 tonnage, with sales of 1,270 units, accounting for 22.3%; 19.5<a≤24.9 tons of sales in more than 1,000 units, accounting for 18.1%; 13<a≤19.5 sales of more than 600 units, accounting for 11.2%.

Looking specifically at the best-selling models, there were 10 models in Guangxi Province in 2017 that had sold more than 100 units in total. The Caterpillar 313D2GC excavator ranked first in sales of 184 units, followed by the XCMG XE75D, with sales of 172 units. The Trinity SY75C-10, XCMG XE60D, Trinity SY55C-10 and Caterpillar 336D2 were ranked three to six, with sales of 169 units, 149 units, 140 units and 133 units. The models that have sold more than 100 units include Doosan DX75-9C, Hitachi Construction Machinery ZX130-5A, Liugong CLG906C and CLG908C.
