2. How can I get some samples?
If you need, we are happy to offer free samples, but new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can make castings based on your drawing, 2D or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is available, tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still make samples based on 2D drawings and obtain approval.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure based on your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT method to check internal defects in castings.
