Frankfort apparatus updates

This message comes from Karl Klotz: Frankfort FPD has recently introduced a new rehab unit and a dive squad. Both units were previously Matco Tool trucks, each with an 18-foot body. Here's a breakdown of the new equipment: - **Dive Squad 3**: A 2002 Freightliner MT45 equipped with LDV body work, now stationed at Station 3. - **Rehab 776**: A 1999 Freightliner MT45 with LDV body work, now stationed at Station 1. Both vehicles were originally used by Matco Tools before being converted for fire department use.
